AimBase , Progressive Rock/Metal Band From Kathmandu are the winners of Nepfest II. They are newly formed band in our SCENE. AimBase is four man band with Kundan Shrestha ( Bassist of Antim Gahan).

Nepfest II ICMC Review

Nepfest II was successfully completed yesterday (17th September). It was little bit late to kick start show. Audience were remarkable as compared to first verse of Nepfest.There were alltogether seventeen bands warrior for   Nepfest II. All participants bands completed  their perfomance around 4:30pm. There was an hour break for starting featured  bands to start.From Featured bands Power Metal core band ,Rage Hybrid stood on stage for their performance. Rage Hybrid did 4-5 songs with some originals and few cover. Next  it was Hatebook on stage.Hatebook was winner of Nepfest I. Hatebook  did their orginals numbers including Revenge.After 30 mins of their Perfomance, it was melodic black metal band Kalodin on the stage. As usual they were painted over their faces. They started show with their original Dark Whisper.

The result of Nepfest II is :

Winner : Aimbase

Runner Up: Unholy Sickdom and Forsaken Weirdo.

What Winner Bagged ?

1.Rs.50,000 , will be officially signed by KTM Rocks record label

2.One original song will be recorded by REC Records.
What Runner up Bagged ?

Rs.20,000

The winners were declared on the basis of Judge Points and Votes of Audience.

Nepfest II ICMC on this September

Nepfest I was huge success.Foundation Nepal once again organizing second version of Nepfest Inter College Music Competition(ICMC).For this year organizer has released notice that it is not compulsory for  band to be involved from college.So Every Band can participate in this ICMC.Brief Information on this ICMC.

Registration Fee: Rs.5000 (For Kathmandu Bands)
Registration Fee Rs.3500(Out of Kathmandu )
Free Registration for Girls band.
Form : Available at Foundation Nepal, Sanepa.

Prize:

Winner:Cash Prize  Rs.50,000 ,  signed by KTM Rocks record label, and one of their original song will be recorded by REC Records.

1st runner-up: Cash Prize Rs.20,000

Nepfest ICMC Audios

1st Nepfest Inter College Music Competition was held last saturday.It was a success altought Khate Cops aborted the show at last. Hatebook became the Winner of competition. I recorded few songs of the participation from my cell.The Sound Quality is not much good enough to hear. But I wished to share among the Fans of Nepali Underground Gigs who havenot stepped in Nepfest.

Kalodin performing live at NepFest ICMC

Kalodin as usual did a great performance in 1st Nepfest Inter College Music Competition held at Kathmandu,Funpark ,Bhrikuti Mandap.

Kalodin performed some Cover songs and performed their originals Songs.This is the second gig of Kalodin in Nepali Underground Scene featured with Antim Grahan. Previously They performed in Putrefaction Eternity Gig held in Pokhara Few Months ago.

Antim Grahan Performed live At Nepfest ICMC 2011

I Captured videos of Antim Grahan performing At Nepfest Inter College Music Competition (ICMC) 2011 held at Bhrikuti Mandap Kathmandu. Antim Grahan was unable to perform their performance fully. The Cops stopped the gig while performing the Antim Grahan. I have uploaded two videos entitled "300" from the album In Thy Ambience ov Malevolence and "Pashu Samrajhya." from The Ruin of Immortals.
